DELIVERY POLICY
The products available for purchase on www.cosmus.in are ready stock products. We process orders on same day or next working day. All orders are usually delivered in 3-5 days.
At present our Delivery partners are: Amazon Ship, Delhivery, DTDC.

RETURN POLICY
All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 10 days from purchase.
If your purchase does not match the description or is the item is defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order – we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items.
For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at info@cosmusbags.com, we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.
